Samuel Rosse is committed to pushing perfume beyond what is expected.

Each fragrance is given the time it needs to become exceptional. Development can take months or years, moving through repeated trials, technical refinement and close evaluation before a composition is approved.

We work with accomplished perfumers, specialist fragrance houses and an evolving palette of natural and contemporary materials, always searching for greater performance, greater beauty and new olfactive possibilities.

No fragrance is released simply to complete a collection. It must earn its place.

Authenticity

A belief luxury should be evident in the substance of each creation.

We select materials, makers and processes for their quality rather than their appearance of prestige. Concentration, performance, construction and finish are all considered with the same scrutiny.

Natural materials may vary subtly from one harvest to another. These differences are part of their character and are accepted where they do not compromise the integrity of the fragrance.

Our commitment is to make products whose quality can withstand close inspection — in the formula, in the object and in the way they are made.

Samuel Rosse is proudly rooted in English perfumery.

The house’s first collection was created and produced in England with one of Britain’s most experienced independent perfumers, continuing a tradition of craft while approaching it with a contemporary point of view.

Made in England represents more than provenance. It stands for precision, independence, curiosity and a willingness to challenge convention.

We work internationally where expertise demands it, but the character of the house remains distinctly English: considered, inventive and unafraid to do things its own way.
